Subscribe to Dragonfly

With a Dragonfly subscription, we host Dragonfly for you on a password-protected Web site. If you would like to host Dragonfly on your own intranet or Web server instead, please see the purchase page.

When you subscribe to the Dragonfly service, VSTG hosts your Dragonfly database, which is available to you through the Web. You have access to all Dragonfly features for a specified number of users depending on the service level you choose, free upgrades, and free tech support by phone and e-mail. You can stop and start your subscription as you please, and can pay for your subscription monthly, or save money by prepaying for 6 or 12 continuous months.

You can start your subscription by calling us at (800) 818-4809. A credit card is required for a month-to-month subscription, but you can pay by purchase order, money order, or check for a 6- or 12-month subscription: Please be sure to include your contact information with your mailed payment if you choose to pay by check, PO, or money order. We'll start your subscription and notify you as soon as your payment is received.

If you're upgrading from a trial, please be sure to let us know the name of your trial database so that we can tie it to your subscription.

Terms
Vermont Software Testing Group reserves the right to end a Dragonfly subscription at any time if, at VSTG's sole discretion, the subscription is being misused. However, we will provide a free copy of any data already entered in a standardized database format on request if we end a subscription prematurely, and will refund any prepaid subscription fees on a pro-rata basis for the unused subscription time.

Dragonfly and any related documentation are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. The entire risk arising out of use or performance of Dragonfly remains with you.
