Dragonfly - Pricing

You can get Dragonfly for your organization in one of two ways:

1. Subscribe: VSTG hosts Dragonfly for you
A Dragonfly subscription gets you up and running with Dragonfly, usually the same business day. Vermont Software Testing Group hosts Dragonfly on its server and creates a private database for you. You have control over user accounts, and your information is private. You don't have to have or maintain an Internet or intranet server, and you don't need to have technical personnel with the expertise to set up and support a Web-based application.

Pricing:
  • $50/month for up to 10 users
  • $10/month for each additional 10 users
  • A Dragonfly subscription includes free phone and e-mail based Dragonfly technical support within reasonable limits.
  • You can stop and restart your subscription at any time. We will save your database for you, on request, so that you don't need to subscribe continuously if you aren't working on program issues every month.

We aren't able to provide refunds on unused portions of prepaid service, so please be sure the period you're signing up for is right for you. Your prepaid subscription is continuous -- that is, it is for a series of months in order, not skipping any.

To subscribe, call us at (800) 818-4809. You can pay by credit card with automatic monthly rebilling, or prepay by money order or company check. We'll e-mail your access information as soon as your payment is received.

2. Purchase: You host Dragonfly on your server
Purchase Dragonfly and host it on your own server. You'll need a Web server connected to the Internet or your intranet, running Microsoft IIS 4.0 or later and Active Server Pages (both available free with Windows NT Server 4.0 and Windows 2000 Server). You'll also need to have technical personnel who know how to set up and maintain IIS sites.

Your license will entitle you to host Dragonfly for any number of users who are within your organization or who are in other organizations but working with your organization on a project, using Dragonfly. In other words, your license does not permit your hosting Dragonfly for other organizations to use for their own projects.

Your license entitles you to have Dragonfly installed on one Web server, and you can transfer your license to another server as long as there is only one copy of Dragonfly installed at any given time.

Pricing:
  • $600 one-time cost. Includes five hours free phone and e-mail technical support. Download from the Internet, or have a CD sent to you.
