Dragonfly - Customization

Do you need Dragonfly to do some things it doesn't yet do? Practically any enhancement you can imagine can be included in Dragonfly through our customization services.

Some examples:

Adding new database fields	Company-specific data: departments, accounting codes, etc. Additional details on program issues
Interfacing with other applications and databases	Export tasks to PIM databases Import and export code Automatically update related Web sites Generate spreadsheets or word processor documents

Dragonfly has special interfaces for certain kinds of enhancements, such as exporting task information to another program, and these kinds of customizations can be added to Dragonfly and used even with future upgrades.

Apart from this, some specialized customizations may not be compatible with upgrades. However, customizations that are useful to many users have a good chance of making it into a future upgrade, and upgraded, customized versions can be created on demand.
